Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where do you offer in-person training?
I offer mobile personal training in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Stafford, and surrounding areas in Fort Bend County. I travel directly to your home, apartment gym, or preferred location — no need for you to commute.
2. What should I expect during a first session?
Your first session includes a consultation, fitness assessment, and a guided workout based on your current level. We’ll also discuss your goals, preferences, and how to best structure your training program.
3. Do I need equipment at home?
Not necessarily! I bring equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and more. If you already have equipment, I’ll incorporate it into your plan — but it’s not required to get started.
4. How does virtual personal training work?
Virtual sessions are held via Zoom or FaceTime. I coach you through a customized workout in real time, offering feedback, motivation, and guidance just like I would in person.
5. Do you offer nutrition coaching or meal plans?
Yes. I provide custom meal guidance, grocery suggestions, and accountability tools to support your fat loss and fitness goals. Nutrition coaching is available as an add-on to training or as a stand-alone service.
6. Can I train with a friend or group?
Absolutely! I offer small group training for 2–6 people — perfect for friends, spouses, or coworkers who want to stay motivated together. Group rates are available.
7. What are your certifications and background?
I’m a certified personal trainer with 12+ years of experience and hold a degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Health Science. I’ve trained hundreds of clients across different ages and fitness levels and specialize in fat loss, strength training, and functional movement.

1. What should I expect during my first session?
Your first visit usually starts with a movement assessment. This helps identify your goals, current fitness level, and any areas that need special attention before starting a tailored program.
2. Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Not at all. Training is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are new to exercise or more experienced, programs can be adjusted to fit your abilities and comfort level.
3. How often should I train each week?
The ideal frequency depends on your goals. Many clients see results from training 2–3 times a week, but the schedule can be flexible to match your lifestyle and progress.
4. What if I have past injuries?
Programs are built with safety in mind. If you’ve had an injury, modifications will be included so you can train effectively without adding stress to sensitive areas.
5. Do I need special equipment at home?
Not necessarily. Sessions can be done with minimal equipment. If you have access to weights or bands, they can be included, but bodyweight exercises are just as effective.
